  • Aquariums

    So I don't know if you know this about me but I LOVE aquariums. In 2005 B.Z. (before zoe) we had gone to the Bahamas and stayed at The Atlantis and there were times where the hubs would be in the casino or watching football. And I was ok with it. He would always find me down by the aquarium. I mean I would just plant my ass on the floor and just stare into the abyss as if there was nothing else around me and I would just zone out.  I just think it's so beautiful. For my bachelorette party I flew down to GA with my bridesmaids since my sister was going to school down there and she took us to the GA aquarium. I loved it. Especially that one gigantoid room with the gigantoid tank! It's just so peaceful to watch them all swim in their own little world. And if you stare at them long enough it just looks like they're floating in air. I could seriously just sit there forever.

  • I'm A Winner

    I am ALWAYS on the lookout for an awsome deal. When I was at the eye doctor's back in September I noticed these pair of Dior shades that cost a whopping $265. TWO SIXTY PIVE?!! No way. I'm not THAT meechus. I googled it after I got home and Neiman sells them for $290! I got an email from thetopsecret.com about a sale on designer sunglasses and saw them for $130.

  • Memories of Maui

    I realized I never posted photos of our Hawaii trip from right before I got pregnant 2 summers ago. I lost MOST of my photos when our pc crashed. I was so sad. I salvaged 3 days of our trip to Maui.

  • Wrappings

    I love wrapping gifts. I know. It's kind of weird but I do.

    So here are some tips for you.
    1. When cutting wrapping paper I use a chef's knife over scissors. The cut is cleaner and faster.
    2. If you don't want to waste money on ribbons use yarn.
    3. Instead of buying labels this year I just found ones that I liked online and just copied them and used my sticker machine.
    4. When I need filler for packages I just shred magazine pages.

    ...and after all that voila!
